About Tammy Wright

With 21 years of experience as a registered nurse in various disciplines, I am passionate about providing quality care and planning for patients with chronic diseases. I currently work as a CDM Nurse at Cornerstone Health Pty Ltd, a leading provider of primary health care services in Australia. In this role, I manage the care and planning for all CDM patients, performing full health assessments, interpreting diagnostic tests, alerting GPs for abnormal results, and liaising with allied health and other professionals. I also undertake dressings, vaccinations, and general RN duties. Additionally, I am an endorsed immuniser with covid training, and I have recently taken on the role of treatment room team leader supervisor. I have a post-graduate diploma in nursing from Massey University, with a focus on adult and older adult care and pain management for CRF patients. I am eager to expand my portfolio into health care management and case management, and to apply my skills and expertise to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
