I strive to be the best, I work hard and I have the ability to learn fast. I move up quickly in every position because I am a leader who wants the best for the company and the employees. One of my greatest accomplishments were becoming a supervisor in the Post Office with in a short amount of time and helping others move up in the company with me as their mentor. I have a great ability to connect with others and to get their buy in with the rules and regulations with out being pushy. People feel comfortable talking to me because I can relate to them and as they have told me "I it like it is". I believe in honesty, loyalty and teamwork. I have been in management for a combination of six years plus but I am always a leader at heart. Being a people's person in the Post Office as well as Starbucks have taught me how to connect with people in all ways possible.
