Connecting with the community through music, lifestyle, and humor is my true passion and talent. While I enjoy the administrative, research-based work behind the scenes of radio, it is the opportunity to use a massive platform to create one-in-one relationships with our listeners that is one of the most challenging & rewarding aspects of this career that I've loved doing for the last 18 years. My own personal transparency on-air and on social media has created a loyal fan base that I am so fortunate to have. While authenticity and a shared love of music is important on-air, it's essential to understand how important the relationship between programming and sales is to create a successful product. I always work hard to create a culture and relationship with sales that is unifying. It's important in life and in business to understand what other people are experiencing, and adjust your approach and communication accordingly. We're in this together!
