Hello from the Golden State! I am a senior IT professional with 15 progressive years of experience in project management, client management, and all things DATA related. I thrive in deadline-driven environments and have a passion for delivering innovative solutions individually or on high performing teams. My managers and peers have agreed that I'm an expert in providing streamlined transitions using software and ingenuity to enhance the customer experience. No matter the complexity, I make information technology make sense. Throughout my IT career, I have supported helpdesk call centers, researched user issues, restored SQL databases, and created software test scripts. I have written queries, resolution strategies, implementation guidelines used to train current and future implementation coordinators. For project management, I have reconfigured timelines, established thorough internal and external communication guidelines and best practices, and have consistently built profitable and strategic partnerships with clients, third parties, and colleagues ensuring project success. I ACTUALLY like what I do professionally. This affinity has allowed me to be recognized and rewarded professionally over the years. For one of my earliest tech accomplishments, I was awarded Tech of the Month: Best Business Improvement Idea at a Fortune 500 organization. A few years later, I was selected to be a part of the iTalk Continuous Process Improvement Project Team at a FinTech company. Most recently as a business data consultant, I was achieved the #1 position for number of projects completed in 2022, given senior complexity and project distribution.
