In the last 9+ years, I have worked in various different positions from Service Request Manager creating quotes and orders based on requests from the customers I work on to Senior Operations Manager leading an Operations of 40+ people. I feel most comfortable with people management activities like having regular 1-on-1 conversations, career development and coaching for performance, but I have an excellent track record with other tasks and responsibilities of a Team Manager or Operations Manager. People Management: 9 years experience in various different teams, successfully supported over 30 people in their career development for positions like Project Coordinator, Project Manager and/or Team Manager Leading transitions: Successfully led and supported 3 team transitions to Hungary, key tasks included, recruitment and onboarding, knowledge transfer and knowledge capture, setting up reporting functions, stabilizing team performance and creating timelines and milestones for the transition plan. Effective leadership: Successfully created 2 new teams and led 4 teams always keeping in mind a good team balance, team cohesion, and team spirit.
