I'm not your traditional "HR person." I challenge conventional approaches, and I lead with heart. I believe in creating work environments where people feel genuinely supported and can bring their true selves to work. We should all feel engaged and inspired by what we do and who we work with. I'm a People and Culture Professional with a deep passion for people and creating positive change. Over the past five years, I've had the privilege of working with amazing companies like Talk360, Klarna, Booking.com, and UpSkill Digital, where I've focused on making work environments more human, engaging, and impactful. At Talk360, I focus on bringing people together and building a culture where everyone feels valued, heard, and empowered. My approach is rooted in empathy, transparency, and genuine care for those I work with. Whether leading initiatives to boost employee engagement, developing programs to support growth, or just being a supportive listener—I'm dedicated to helping people thrive. Before Talk360, I had the opportunity to lead over 300 seminars, workshops, and content modules across 18 countries at UpSkill Digital. It was all about creating impactful experiences and making a real difference. Working on DEIB strategies for clients like YouTube, Fujitsu, HSBC, Walmart, and BT was especially rewarding, as I got to push for meaningful change in organizations that reach millions. At Klarna, I focused on advancing diversity and inclusion, promoting employee wellness, and fostering continuous learning. Co-authoring the Antiracism Handbook and the Diversity & Inclusion 101 guide, along with implementing a company-wide shadowing program, were key initiatives that aimed to make the workplace more inclusive and supportive.
