At 58 years old Tane has accumulated a wealth of experience, which has been gained while working in the oil and gas service sector. He has spent the last 19 years living abroad and has learned a lot about people and cultures around the world of which he has developed a sense of respect and understanding. Tane is a determined individual who likes to motivate and mentor others to reach their best performance levels. He enjoys challenges and strives for continual improvement in the work place. He has excellent leadership skills and excels in leading multi-national, multi-cultural crews.
