Assign WD security and update of purged employee ID numbers if employee was termed before integrations. Manage corporate payroll processing including balancing payroll transactions and reconciliation. Administer Canada Corporate payroll in financial software; troubleshooting large variances; ensuring accuracy and balance. Update employee earnings by SLA deadlines to ADP guidelines. Support the My Team system for access along with cross training with corporate HR and Hotel Operations team. Support all GM payroll and hotel payroll processes. Handle all HR Functions for Corporate Canada and support Total Access for Canadian employees. Ensure appropriate training with HR on systems and policy processing requirements. Process payroll for GM and Corporate leaves status. Reconcile and generate union checks with back-up for distribution. Respond to unemployment’s claims and process payroll garnishments. Upload pension plans for Canadian employees to SunLife and serve as benefit back up for benefit functions for Americas benefit plans. Resolve and or escalate all open issues called into My Team as tier 2 support and tier 1 support for TLM payroll systems. Administer, request checks, and distribute all Executive Financial Counseling benefits for reimbursement.
