Interacting with people is one of the most fulfilling aspects of my career. From engaging in meaningful conversations to sharing a laugh, and even being inspired. My roles have always centered around human connection. My experience spans across various roles such as Recruiter, Customer Service Representative, and Donor Care Representative, all of which have honed my ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people. In addition to my customer-facing roles, I have developed significant expertise in administrative support and recruitment. As a Recruiter and HR Intern, I have successfully managed recruitment processes, sourced, screened and interviewed candidates, and maintained meticulous records using several ATS platforms. My strong organizational skills and attention to detail have consistently resulted in high-quality outcomes, even under tight deadlines. Working in fundraising has shown me the profound impact of connecting those in need with those willing to help. I am passionate about being a part of this change, continually developing myself to contribute more effectively. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with God, friends, exploring new places, and trying new foods. I also love singing and dancing, even if just for the fun of it. Laughter truly is the best medicine!
