Olen ihmisläheinen johtaja, joka viihtyy teknologian ja liiketoiminnan välimaastossa. Tällä hetkellä vedän liiketoiminta-alueemme johtoryhmää ja olen viime aikoina ollut rakentamassa konsernillemme uutta strategista painopistettä digitalisaation ja tekoälyn kehityksessä. Edustan yritystämme alan keskeisessä Eurooppalaisessa järjestössä nimeltään Eurovent. Minulla on yli kymmenen vuoden kokemus tuote- ja teknologiakehityksestä. Olen johtanut laajoja teknologiahankkeita tehokkaasti maaliin. Erityisosaamiseni kattaa koneensuunnitelun, ilmankäsittelyn, energian kierrätyksen, automaation, ohjelmistosuunnittelun, elinkaarilaskennan ja IPR hallinnan. Tunnen erinomaisesti ilmankäsittelykoneet, lämpöpumput ja jäähdytyslaitteet sekä niihin liittyvät valintaohjelmat, tuotetestauksen ja palvelut. I also represent our company in Eurovent, a key European HVACR industry association. I bring over a decade of experience in product and technology development, with core expertise in mechanical design, air handling, energy recycling, automation, software development, lifecycle analysis and IPR management. I have successfully led large-scale technology projects to completion. I have in-depth knowledge of air handling units, heat pumps, and cooling systems, including related selection tools, product testing, and service concepts. Customer collaboration is essential to me—I’m committed to genuinely understanding the needs we aim to address through our strategy and technological development.
