With almost 20 years of experience in education across Australia, the UAE, South Korea, and China, I’ve realised that my greatest passion lies in leading international school communities. The diversity, complexity, and potential in these environments are what motivates me every day. As an educator and leader, I’m driven by the opportunity to create meaningful change—whether through empowering teachers to grow, helping students become open-minded, lifelong learners, or implementing innovative practices like concept-based and inquiry-driven learning. What excites me most about school administration is the chance to impact education at a broader level. Leading initiatives that promote student leadership, support teacher well-being and ensure the best learning environments are at the heart of what I do. In a rapidly evolving world, I believe schools must prepare students for global citizenship, critical thinking, and collaboration. I’m committed to being a part of that transformation in international education.
