About Tania Bosch

I'm an award winning, multi-disciplined, self-motivated, type-A personality, with a won't-make-you-gag kind of optimistic attitude. I firmly believe that research & preparation, contingency planning, expectation management and nurtured relationships are everything! I believe we produce magic whenever we co-create from a place of authenticity; childlike curiosity; chest-deep human connection; openness; unadulterated play & the desire to make the world a better place; even if it's just the world around me. I am driven by my desire for perpetual evolution & strive to produce QUALITY WORK THAT MATTERS. I pride myself in having a diverse background where the culmination of my work & life experience equips me with the problem solving skills that can only come from someone who has been exposed to the range of challenges I've faced working in Retail Management, P/T Restaurant Management (FOH) or from being an in-store promoter sampling mini hot-dogs at my unemployed age of 27. Enter, Below-the-line. I've produced many large national campaigns for big brands - from in-store, malls, beaches, nightclubs, roadshows, taxi ranks, spaza shops, schools, churches, campus, trade shows & mansion parties to experiential launch events hosted in huge illuminated, inflatable structures - fitted with interactive high-tech touch-points in all curated engagement areas. That's when digital danced it's way back into my life - I also project managed the production of interactive (touch) software and hardware, not only for the interactive bars, walls & floors we deployed but also for huge through-glass kiosks (think Minority Report) used at media centers around South Africa during the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup. We also developed and deployed engaging AR data collection kiosks in nightclubs, retailers or music festivals via our experiential partner agency. My thorough love for R&D projects was born from participating in the scoping & testing of new software using bio-metrics, integrated with existing systems, live online content, among other lovely features I can't disclose, of course. I further worked my way up Through-The-Line to being an Advertising agency producer - from all the traditional elements like print, video, radio & digital to custom printing beautifully bound & branded notebooks or an 18 month SFX-robotics project, to dabbling with electricity conducting ink, a little influencer marketing or being part of the incredible crew on-set at a Virtual Reality round-table podcast shoot, amongst some of the top business & financial thought leaders in South Africa.
