My experience focuses in Europe, North America and Latin America, working with associations, PCOs, and boards that expect both commercial outcomes and long-term trust. At The CCD, I lead the association sales strategy while developing a high-performing team that knows how to listen, plan and deliver beyond expectations. We focus on securing lasting business, strengthening ambassador relationships and positioning Dublin as the natural home for meaningful conferences. I believe leadership is measured by consistency, clarity and how we elevate those around us. I’m as committed to growing people as I am to growing revenue. Originally from Madeira, I’ve always carried a strong sense of place and purpose.
