Hello ‍ I'm Tania. Conscious and servant leader, intersectional feminist, and women of color working for organizations that create high impact. This year I've transitioned from edtech to working with nonprofits and advisory firms that are leaders in effective altruism and global cause areas. With 6+ years working at startups, I've worn many hats. I'm trained SaaS sales, operations and product management. These experiences inform my current work which is committed to cost-effective solutions, evidence, and effective stakeholder management. I got skills! Not only do I know a thing or two about partnership, operations, and digital project management. I've done MVPs, experiments, UX research, user-testing, agile, scrum, kanban, and many other rituals. I interface well with technical teams, legal, and strong-willed yet mindful executives. I enjoy digital collaboration through whiteboarding, process mapping, and user flows. I love Notion, and when it comes to working with fellow developers and designers, I know my way around a tech stack. 🧠 Big fan of CLG (Consciousness Leadership Group). ‍‍ I am an ally and support marginalized identities and expressions at the workplace and beyond. My daily spiritual practice and CLG inform my approach. My projects include nonprofit consulting, operations consulting, web and native mobile apps for community-building curriculum/program development and ed-tech.
