My career within the legal sector has involved multiple facets, including a strong background in the corporate and commercial law areas acquired predominately in Cyprus. My recent legal expertise has focused on immigration, residency, work permits, finance, corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions. I am extremely comfortable in the preparation and drafting of documents, reviewing high volume documents, applications and cases, and advising at a senior level. I continually look to challenge my knowledge and skills and personally develop as well as developing those around me. I have strong stakeholder management skills combined with an ability to tailor style and approach to individual situations.
