About Tania Gibson

Currently working as an Accounts/Operations Manager for Cell-Logic Pty Ltd, a science-based organisation, focusing on producing evidence-based nutraceutical and functional food formulations comprehensively supported by high-quality professional education. In addition to providing me with an insight into the interesting field of nutrigenomics, my role includes, customer liaison, all financial aspects of the business including payroll, invoicing, reconciliations, quarterly BAS and other associated reports. I also manage, co-ordinate and support our distribution partnerships as well as a hands on understanding of Woo-Commerce in maintaining our product range and specials on our website. I have worked in various positions and departments of TAFE QLD including the International Projects/Contracts area for over 14 years. My role in the international department provided me with knowledge and experience in a broad range of tasks including legislative requirements pertaining to International student management. I further advanced to becoming International Projects Coordinator where I liaised and maintained contact with offshore partners, conducted due diligence checks and prepared Memoranda of Understanding and partnership agreements. I organised and coordinated international delegation visits, customised training tours and study tours across campuses of TAFE Queensland. I have been responsible for the management of Offshore Projects utilising my Project Management expertise to coordinate offshore programs for TAFE Queensland Brisbane. This included working closely with a range of internal managers and staff, maintaining contact with offshore partners, preparing project proposals and costings, meeting with potential partners, coordinating teacher recruitment, orientation and travel requirements and following key account management principles to achieve desired results.
