As Senior People & Culture (or HR) Leader I build and lead superstar people & culture teams: professionals who run, are never scared about taking risks and responsibilities, being focused on growth, results and always fostering a positive & smile-organizational-culture. Scale-ups grow fast, and globally double their monthly numbers. Being part of the multicultural leadership team in those leaders -of-the-market companies, it is s a very intensive and exciting experience, and requires a strong focus on integration between cross-multiple-cultures, biz partnership and change management. It always means substance as well as form, making the people strategy up and leading its continuous transformation also on its operative implications. Above all it means consider our people as the main asset, believe in them, in their power, beliefs, competencies; having an honest and dedicated interest in them and their businesses; recognizing their power to act, to take the ownership, to make the difference. Starting from them, it means planning and delivering processes to achieve positive results that push together toward our goals, and working to create an environment where failure is part of our daily biz, so we all feel free to make mistakes, and quickly try to find the "right" way.
