About Tania Lamb

OPEN TO NEW WORK OPPORTUNITIES: I very much wish to continue to work in an active role where I am able to utilise my great people skills which has opportunity to learn & grow. Which ideally would include a few of the following: working as part of a team, helping people & sharing my awesome knowledge of Auckland & NZ. I have at least 10 years of great Customer Service experience and due to this are able to deal with people of all different backgrounds & cultures easily. I pride myself on having a very welcoming, outgoing & friendly personality. I have an absolute passion to continue to work in Tourism or similar. This all began in 2011 when I was a RWC volunteer where I was a VIP Driver. I had the absolute 'time of my life'. This started me thinking that I needed to be in a role that used more of my people skills & my natural friendliness. Following this I studied Tourism with the reputable ITC. I began work with P4G to gain face to face experience. My first main role was with Fullers. I gained valuable frontline experience working in the ticket offices which included running Devonport sole charge. My latest role is with the All Blacks Experience where I am passionate about providing exceptional Customer Service and where I am a highly supportive & committed team member.
