Over 20 years of experience sucessfully using manual therapy, muscle balance assessments, exercise rehabilitation, massage, acupuncture and a holistic approach to treat a wide range of problems. Experience with sports including, but not limited to, national level hockey, rugby, marathon and endurance athletes and variety of triathletes ranging from weekend warrior to elite level.
