About Tania Meyer

Challenge is what drives me - the challenge of learning new things, the challenge of making things better, the challenge of fixing broken things. I stand for quality, for reliability and for symbiotic teams. My passions: Market research, Marketing and Strategy. For the last few years, I have been building the path to follow one of my dreams (yes, I have many). Most of the time was dedicated to developing and testing products to create a product portfolio that would create an impact as soon as it was launched to the market. In October 2020, I finally started formal operations of a specialty foods company in Chile and have been working to expand my company´s reach in Chile through partnerships and wholesale. In parallel, I have also been paving the way to get to the US market. By the end of April 2021, our first few samples reached California. My experience/history before Dungeness Gourmet-10+ years on market research/ market intelligence / consumer insights / business intelligence / competitive analysis - client-facing roles, identifying client needs, proposing solutions and providing strategic insights to a senior management-level audience - leading projects/accounts in a variety of industries, mostly for global companies (e.g. within Fortune 500, FTSE 100, the Big Four and a Magic Circle law firm)- currently working on a personal Project as an entrepreneur Key skills: multi-geographies project management; quality assurance; multicultural teams management; recruiting, coaching, training and evaluating team members; structuring, preparing and presenting proposals to current and potential clients along with the business development team; account management and reporting.
