An enthusiastic, self-motivated and results-driven professional, with an energetic attitude and strong work ethic. I have extensive experience in a variety of industries, ranging from recruitment, food handling, retail and community services. My strong customer service skills, coupled with exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail are what drives my success, and determination to achieve successful and high-quality results. Currently I am working as a Senior Employment Consultant for Western Community Initiative Group – a role which I have held for 14 years. I specialise in clients from disadvantaged backgrounds, long-term unemployment, disabilities, mental health and ex-offenders. A large part of my job has involved 9 years’ working with asylum seekers. My unique skill-set stems from years of providing excellent customer service, creative thinking, and building a strong career across several fields. A true ‘people-person’, I take pride in my work and am highly passionate about providing a positive customer experience, and love working in fast-paced and challenging environments.
