About Tania Papi

Hi all, my name is Tania! I am 12 years experienced in planning and purchasing department in international apparel and fashion luxury industry. As planner I learnt to be precise and punctual, flexible with changes, to be a good price negotiator with suppliers, to develop an excellent perceptiveness and a strong problem solving aptitude. Although it was pretty analytical and strategic job, I skilled up creativity to optimize the processes and multitasking activities as added values to support my team. During my career I have always worked in big and diverse teams, I have learned that diversity is the greatest asset owned by a group, that empathy and respect for all the people are the highest effective languages, that just a constant growth make people truly happy, that inclusion is an essential value for any winning business strategy, that innovation cannot be a limit, it must be a plus to achieve goals with agility, and that simplicity and trust are the most powerful elements in a smart and happy company culture. So I started to reconsider my career in human perspective, oriented towards people, values, corporate culture and innovation. I would like to focus my studies and my future activities on these matters and bring my background into a new challenging work reality.
