Tania Rivera is a full time dedicated Realtor, Certified Military Relocation Professional and Business Owner whose focus is to educate and empower her clients. She has assisted both Buyers and Sellers in multiple types of Real Estate transactions, on any type of property at any price point whether it be traditional sales, short sales, rehab projects, new construction, or multi-unit investment. As a Military Relocation professional, Tania enjoys educating and helping active duty military and veterans use their VA loan, first time home buyers, and experienced investors locate, analyze, and negotiate to secure her clients their home. Having worked for 5 years with a Military owned and operated brokerage, Tania has extensive knowledge and experience on the VA loan and the majority of her clients are active duty and veterans. Her love for Real Estate commenced when she moved to San Diego 12 years ago and began working for a private Real Estate Company involved in property investments, management, and development. After years of working as an Acquisitions Manager and overseeing property development, Tania learned valuable skills and acquired immeasurable experience. Dedication, education, and hard work is her foundation for success. Tania was awarded a full-ride athletic scholarship to play for Florida Atlantic University Women's Tennis Team in Boca Raton, FL, where she received a Bachelors' degree in International Business and Trade and also further her passion in business by receiving a Masters in International Business and becoming a licensed California Real Estate Agent in 2014.
