I am a board-certified physician. Global healthcare executive. Champion of equitable access with the driving belief: patient-driven science changes everything. I’ve spent my life at the intersection of science, compassion, and leadership—with one mission: to revolutionize the experience and outcomes of people living with serious diseases. From treating children as a pediatric hematologist-oncologist to now leading Global Medical Affairs at Bristol Myers Squibb, I’ve dedicated my career to improving lives at scale. I’ve led the development and launch of over 10 innovative therapies across more than 25 indications, reshaping treatment landscapes in oncology, hematology, cardiovascular, neuroscience, and rare diseases. But what drives me isn’t just approval—it’s impact. My approach blends clinical expertise, drug development, and health equity. I’ve spearheaded global Managed Access Programs and Importation Strategies to bring life-changing medicines to underserved communities, and built programs that ensure patient voices are integrated from molecule to market. I’m passionate about early innovation, signal-seeking science, and designing digital health tools that expand access and improve outcomes—especially for those too often overlooked. I serve on several boards, including the Accreditation Council for Medical Affairs and the American Cancer Society, and host the podcast doctoRx Unscripted, where I sit down with leading clinicians and researchers to elevate bold ideas and patient-driven science. I believe in using platforms—scientific, digital, and human—to break silos and accelerate change. I’m not here to do what’s been done—I’m here to redefine what’s possible. I don’t just lead programs—I build movements. I bring heart to science, strategy to vision, and execution to bold ideas.
