About Tania Venturini

With over 20 years of work experience—15 of which in a global consulting firm—I have built a solid and cross-functional career in highly complex sectors such as Automotive, Aerospace, Mission Systems for Air Force and Navy, and Technical Training. I have held various roles that have enriched my profile both technically and managerially. In the Automotive sector, I have developed deep expertise, taking on increasing responsibilities in managing suppliers and clients. I also had the opportunity to expand my knowledge in HMI (Human-Machine Interface), contributing to strategic and innovative projects. This wide range of experiences has shaped me into a versatile, fast, and effective problem solver. My strong technical and managerial background—often applied in areas far from my initial field of expertise—has revealed my multidisciplinary nature. Among the most significant experiences: I worked in France as a technical military trainer for both the Italian and French Navy and Army. I contributed to the development of the Ferrari Purosangue, the first four-door, four-seater car in Ferrari’s history. I am a positive and enthusiastic person, and I believe that a calm and collaborative environment is the foundation for the success of any project. I enjoy building strong relationships with my team and fostering a motivating work atmosphere. Personal Side I live near Turin with my daughter, two cats, and a dog. I dedicate my free time to my family, enjoying shared activities. My garden is my personal retreat—a place I love to care for and where I find balance.
