I’m currently working at Ormat as EHS Coordinator for Indonesia, in 2023 we had a successful exploration campaign with 2 big hole wells at Wapsalit, the very first geothermal well at Buru Island – East of Indonesia, starting from Civil Work, Drilling and Well Testing completed within 14 Months, achieving 400+ days, 556,690 Man-Hours with ZERO recordable incident. I've worked as a SHE Field Representative for the Make Up Well Drilling Project in Star Energy Geothermal Operation in Wayang Windu, Darajat and Salak, where we have successfully drilled 23 development wells in total achieving 1200+ days with no Lost Time Incident (LTI). I’ve worked as an HES Engineer for the Head Quarter Drilling & Completions group in Chevron IndoAsia with a diverse operation of Onshore, Offshore, Deepwater and Geothermal. This Head Quarter group manages the Drilling & Completions Operation contributing over 20 Million man-hours which account over 1/3 of the total Chevron Global Drilling & Completions man-hours. I have more than 18 years of experience working in the Oil & Gas industry mostly within Drilling & Completion function. I had been an instrumental in the start-up process for the Deepwater Asgard, Chevron IndoAsia’s first Deepwater Drillship and the Randolph Jost, a Jack-Up Rig in Kalimantan Operation through a number of IFO (Incident Free Operation) workshop engagements. I also participated in a Safety Condition Audit for the Deepwater Asgard prior to acceptance. I took a lead on the Dropped Object Prevention initiative by developing initial DROPS Inspection program for Sumatra Operation covering over 35 Onshore Rigs and for Kalimantan Operation covering two barges. I actively engage in the DROPS Community of Practice internally within Chevron Global and also externally as a steering committee for the DROPS Asia. I have successfully co-facilitated the 1st ASIA DROPS Forum in Jakarta which attended by over 100 people from oil and gas industry. I am highly competent in the Incident Investigation and Reporting process and have facilitated a number of high potential incident investigations, providing support and expertise in reviewing the Root Cause Analysis and action items derived from the investigation. I am also competent with the Contractor Health Environmental Safety Management (CHESM) process.
