I currently work in a customer facing environment reviewing policies, strategies and services across social housing. I have extensive experience in customer facing roles and have led on large scale projects as well as leading on customer voice and scrutiny. I have recruited a customer engagement base of over 150 actively engaging customers through positive relationship building and mutual understanding between myself, colleagues, customers and partners. I was a finalist in the Next Generation housing awards in 2021 and have been nominated and won an award at the annual staff conference in 2021. I am determined and confident when given a task. I take pride in my work as well as my reputation. I am currently undertaking a Level 4 CIH housing management qualification and hold a Level 4 in Information, Advice and Guidance. I am keen to learn and enjoy gaining new knowledge and taking on new challenges.
