About Tanith Lee

Pets are my passion and I have a special kind of love for felines. It has always been my mission to improve the health and welfare of our pets, and improving the quality of the care they receive has been my driving force throughout my career. Highlights of my current role are leading, mentoring and growing a team that focuses on reviewing policies and procedures in order to improve business targets, providing a high standard of working environment for vets, creating initiatives that provide more accessible veterinary advice for owners, and always ensuring pets receive the highest level of veterinary care. Over the past eight years, my other core responsibilities have included managing large teams of vets and nurses, completing two ISFM qualifications with distinction, designing a best-in-class specialist cat ward and managing extremely complex staffing schedules within an ever-changing business.
