About Taniya Thomas

With over 10 years of work experience in project management and engineering, I am passionate about creating innovative solutions for the glass industry. I have a master's degree in business administration and management and a bachelor's in aerospace engineering. I hold multiple certifications in agile project management, Lean Six Sigma, and project management. As a project manager at Vitrum Glass Group, I aim to deliver high-quality products and services that meet customer expectations and industry standards. In my current role, I create and execute project plans by evaluating the scope and limits of each project. I also enhance and implement new procedures and processes to improve efficiency and quality. I train team members on standard operating procedures and work instructions, and support all departments involved in the project to maintain productivity. I use my problem-solving skills and domain expertise in electrochromic architectural glasses to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle. I collaborate with scheduling, supply chain, shipping, and accounts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of the project outcomes.
