I joined the central Go To Market Design team at HCL Software (Digital Solutions) in July 2021. Here I fulfill my passion for design, products, documentation, sharing great ideas and project management. I love to make great products even better. In late 2022 I was promoted to be a People Manager again. This is a great honor during these challenging times in such a large company. My passion for open communication and collaboration showed that I am ready for this additional responsibility. From 2013 to 2021, I worked at ITM Beratungsgesellschaft with a clear focus on Enterprise Architecture Management with profound method and tool know-how as well as many years of experience as a Project Manager. The last 3 years I additionally thrived for bringing the ITM strategy to life as a Team Lead and role model there.
