I am passionate about driving results through collaboration and positive energy. My colleagues often describe me as having a strong drive, an ability to execute, and a high capacity to deliver. In leadership, I believe the key is to balance the needs of customers, employees, shareholders, and society. When these four pillars align, success follows naturally. I am committed to fostering a culture of high ambition, where everyone is encouraged to contribute their best work. At the same time, I prioritize creating an environment where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities, which builds trust and encourages growth. Fairness, honesty, and sustainability are core values I strive to uphold in both my professional and personal life. I am also deeply invested in promoting inclusivity and ensuring that the organizations I lead reflect these principles. With over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within Capital Markets, Wealth Management and Retail Banking. I have led Nordic cross-country organizations ranging from a handful of employees to over 90 people, overseeing both development and strategy teams as well as sales units with P&L responsibility. My ambition is to drive high performance while maintaining high employee satisfaction. When I first started my studies, I thought the financial sector might be too cold for me—but I was proven wrong. 20 years in the industry, I have had the privilege of working with supportive colleagues and leaders, and I’ve embraced the fast-changing nature of the banking world. Digitalization, regulation, and shifting customer expectations continue to present exciting challenges that I thoroughly enjoy tackling. Currently, I lead the development unit at Nordea, ensuring smooth and efficient digital and advisory journeys across product areas: from wealth management and investments to mortgages, consumer finance, and payments. My unit focus both ensuring customer orientation in the digital interphases and seamless backend processes through the value chain. Previously, I served as CEO of Nordea Funds AB, the largest fund company in the Nordics, and led product offering and business model development for the Nordic wealth management unit at Nordea. For the past 9 years, I have also served as a media spokesperson in Finland, focusing on savings and investments. My career began in Capital Markets, where I specialized in credit bonds, structured products, and derivatives for the first 10 years.
