As a business analyst at Brand Influence Group (BIG), I use Tableau and Excel to track and redefine key performance indicators for various clients, such as Red Bull, Unilever and Google. I also conduct meetings with customers and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and collect information on business processes, especially during multiple product launches.I have a master's degree in business analytics from Deakin University, where I learned computer and information technology administration and management skills. I also have a bachelor's degree in foreign trade from Prestige Institute of Management & Research, where I gained experience in imports and exports.
