ABOUT ME I am a driven self-starter, phenomenal leader, excellent communicator, and a strong believer of continuing education. I get excited to learn new things, like to get my hands dirty, and love to make people happy. DRIVE I am driven to succeed by the love I have for my family and my desire to provide the best lifestyle for my wife and kids. I also get excited about all things construction! LEADERSHIP EXPERIENCE My experience from working 11+ years in the retail industry has put me in constant contact with people, both customers and team members, and allowed me to develop elite people skills. I have built a very strong foundation for my leadership style by constantly going above and beyond to satisfy customer/company needs/wants, handling all customer issues, leading 15+ direct reports as a manager, coaching team members, course correcting underperforming team members, exceeding company expectations, and constantly challenging myself and others to improve customer satisfaction and business metrics. I also successfully taught the district training courses during my retail management career for all pharmacy technicians to become nationally certified through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board. I am confident that my leadership style, motivational techniques, and my ability to learn new things quickly will result in success anywhere I go. CONSTRUCTION EXPERIENCE In 2017 I began working in the construction industry at Bangeov DMV Construction. I gained substantial experience and skills relating to custom stone work and EIFS (synthetic stucco). In July 2018, I started working for Gebhardt Homes, Inc. as the General Contractor's Assistant. During my time here, I helped manage jobsites, performed physical construction duties, communicated with vendors/ subcontractors/ clients/ building inspectors, made punch-lists for all construction phases, performed final "blue tape" walk-throughs, and was the eyes and ears for the general contractor when he was not present. In 2023 I branched out on my own as a Residential Construction Contractor and have led or been a part of numerous projects touching on all aspects of new home builds including: grading/excavation, drain tile installation, framing carpentry, kitchen/ bath remodels, trim installation, shower and floor tile installation using advanced Schluter systems, drywall hanging/finishing, painting, staining, basement finishing, electrical, plumbing, basement waterproofing, fences, HVAC replacements, new HVAC ducting, water heaters, re-roofing, and demolition.
