Tanner is a native of Long Valley New Jersey, He has been spending all his summers on Topsail since he was 14. A graduate of Randolph Macon College of Ashland, Virginia where he was on the Golf Team. He majored in Business/Economics and graduated in 2003. He currently holds a Brokers License and is an expert in Investment Properties and Property Management. Tanner joined the his first firm in 2007 where he quickly became a Property Manager within a year of employment. Since selling Real Estate in April of 2018, he has been a multi-million top producing agent in only 9 months. He has attended many VRMA conferences along with helping to develop ideas and services that have helped Topsail Island grow. He is a Father of three children and is married to a beautiful wife. He has 2 Portuguese Water Dogs. He enjoys both spending time with the family at the beach. He is also an outdoors enthusiast who loves to fish and hunt!
