As a Technology Productivity Consultant at Northwestern Mutual, I leverage my expertise in technology implementation and consultation to enhance the insurance and investment product sales cycle. With over four years of experience in this role, I develop deep understanding of individual business needs and tailor consultative approaches to demonstrate specific benefits of using NM's technology suite.I proactively engage with stakeholders, from Financial Representatives and their teams, to NO leadership, to maximize advisor and client value. I also act as a feedback loop to HO leadership, identifying gaps and opportunities to improve practices through new or existing technology. My mission is to enable and empower NM's sales force to achieve their goals and drive positive outcomes for the organization. I am passionate about what I do, as I enjoy building things that make people happy and bring smiles to their faces. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, going on adventures, and enjoying nature.
