About Tanner Meier

Quality is the key to success, by influencing quality you can influence success. I am a highly motivated, process-oriented mechanical engineer who strives to not only grow myself, but also develop those around me. I utilize a constant positive and determined mindset to achieve my goals and learn as much as I can along the way. Some of my many contributing assets include my determination to succeed and genuine interest in developing others. My strengths consist of; possessing a strong mechanical aptitude, performing detailed analyses, maintaining procedural compliance, and communicating technical specifications to a wide range of audiences. A skill I pride myself on is effectively learning from my surrounding resources. As an early career professional I have found your team members, senior employees, and other experienced career professionals are a vital resource for the development of a knowledgeable and successful engineer who will deliver quality results time after time. I strongly believe quality is the keystone to engineering and the backbone behind a successful product or service. Without quality, products would have fail, people could get injured, services would be inadequate, and customers would be dissatisfied. Thus, I have a significant interest in pursuing quality, manufacturing, and design engineering opportunities. The majority of my free time is spent in my garage working on dirt bikes, cars, or personal projects. I have been performing routine maintenance on my own vehicles since I was 12. Maintenance activities ranging from replacing a clutch or top end assembly in a dirt bike to changing oil and replacing brake pads and rotors on my truck. Some personal projects include assembling bicycles, modifying bicycles into drift trikes, and a 1971 Ford Bronco frame-off restoration.
