Teaching Mission Statement The most important skill a teacher can possess is the ability to connect with students and always putting students first and that teachers must be advocates for all students no matter the situation. My purpose in life is to make a positive impact on as many students as possible by reaching them in the classroom and by reaching them outside the classroom so they can achieve any goal that have set for their lives. Coaching Mission Statement My mission is to create exceptional skill, passion, and players through the art of Lacrosse. Winning in the locker room before winning on the field is the best way of creating successful programs because keeping the players first and creating a culture! Fantastic culture will give the results players, parents, and Athletic directors are longing for. I am very strong when it comes to X's and O's while keeping fundamentals first and simple. Most importantly, my coaching philosophy is one that is centered around my players and not my plays.
