About Tanner Proper

I’m a Commercial Real Estate Sales Agent with Marcus & Millichap in Boston, specializing in multifamily investment sales in Southern New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts. My focus is helping property owners understand the true value of their assets, explore refinancing or repositioning strategies, and connect with qualified buyers and lenders to maximize returns. With a background in Finance and Real Estate Finance from the University of New Hampshire, I bring a strong analytical foundation to my work, from underwriting and market analysis to structuring creative investment strategies. I’ve also gained hands-on experience running open houses, supporting development projects, and working directly with owners on both the acquisition and management side of real estate. Long term, my goal is to build a well-diversified multifamily portfolio while helping clients grow and protect their own investments. I value building lasting relationships based on trust, transparency, and results. If you’re a property owner, investor, or developer interested in learning more about today’s market trends in New England multifamily real estate, I’d love to connect.
