Tanner currently works as a Senior Electrical Engineer. His experience touches numerous areas of the power delivery space working with several different utility companies across the US and includes: substation physical and P&C design (GIS and AIS), on-site construction support for substation and transmission line projects, transmission outage sequencing plans, distribution interconnection studies for wind and solar projects, and other consulting work related to the power distribution system and microgrid functionality. Tanner believes that quality of design and safety of personnel/the public are the two most important considerations for all engineering work and these traits show through in all projects he's involved with.
