Tanoy is a graduate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur. Majoring in Finance and minoring in economics, strategy and analytics, he started his career with ICICI Bank in the Global Project Finance Group. PFG is the flagship group of ICICI which has its essential roots as a project financier since the time of its inception. Tanoy's core specialization lies in financial modelling, valuation and analysis, credit analysis and appraisal,business development, debt advisory (stress resolution, new debt onboarding, greenfield and brownfield projects) He has proven expertise in investment structuring, cash flow structuring as well as buy and sell side advisory, acquisition financing, financial term sheet negotiation, greenfield and brownfield project analysis and appraisal Tanoy has been handling relationships with leading conglomerates and worked across various sectors such as Infrastructure, Telecommunications, Cement, Energy, Real Estate and Hospitality He is currently Employed as an Assistant Vice President with Axis Bank Ltd in the Real Economy Group focused on project finance deals across the spectrum of the Infrastructure sector along with Real Estate vertical Beyond the professional sphere, Tanoy has been an active public speaker having represented his institutes in international debating tournaments such as Dubai Modern World Debates. He is the recipient of the prestigious Slaters' Debating Championship Overall Best Speaker Award. He has been active in the Indian Theatre Industry having worked under the tutelage of thespian Ranjon Ghoshal with his theatre troupe Forum Three. Tanoy has written 6 professionally staged plays, directed 4 professionally staged plays and acted in over 20 professional productions over his decade long association with Indian Theatre.
