Prince2 qualified, commercially minded and super organised, I engage and lead, interpreting vision into strategic output. I am highly motivated and bring energy, curiosity and grit. I am passionate about communication, intrigued by tech and obsessed with quality service. I am experienced in client relationship management, business development, marketing and complex projects including change management and stakeholder relations. My Gallup top 5 CliftonStrengths are:> Empathy: emotional intelligence, decision making that takes account of others' feelings > Achiever: strong inner drive, fulfilled by accomplishments/completing tasks > Learner: quick to pick up new info and break this down to make change management easier for others > Maximiser: focus on quality, require excellence > Positivity: energy and enthusiasm, praise generously and offer genuine encouragement Outside of work I love to be outdoors, or in the kitchen - often accompanied by my naughty terrier Buster! One of my greatest achievements is tackling a 280 nautical mile, cross-country skiing race to the Magnetic North Pole, with 4 weeks on ice in temperatures dropping to -45 degrees (April 04). Fitness remains a passion of mine, followed closely by cooking - a fine marriage!
