I am a goal-oriented and driven business professional with more than 18 years of extensive experience in the BFSI industry, possessing the relevant skills required for the creation, development and implementation of business strategies and strategic marketing direction of the company in order to meet corporate objectives. I have a proven track record in establishing strategic partnerships and expanding market reach. I am highly passionate about creating businesses from scratch and driven by the hustle of creating something of my own. In my first stint as an entrepreneur, and as Co-Founder of AIIM Edusys, we built the education and training business grounds up, conceptualized, developed and launched the course in Post Graduate Certificate in Banking providing 120 hours+ training including placement assistance with top Banks & NBFCs. We successfully placed over students and are proud of creating career paths for many students in the field of BFSI. Currently, as a Director and Co-Founder of Beam Outsourcing Services LLP, I have been leading a venture that focuses on skill building, financial literacy, and re-skilling of individuals and professionals. We specialize in conducting Investor Awareness and Financial Literacy Programs for a large diaspora of audiences across India that includes students, corporates, and self-employed professionals. We also provide specialized financial education pertaining to the BFSI industry and personalized training programs that are conducted by experienced professionals through our vast network of 250 professional trainers. As on date, we have successfully conducted over sessions and over 1,500 sessions last year (FY 2022 – 23) across India.
