About Tanveen Kaur

As a dedicated HR professional, I am passionate about people management and organizational development. Currently, I serve as an HR Manager at Pinkishe Foundation, where I lead critical HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management, all while contributing to the foundation’s mission of promoting menstrual health and hygiene. In addition to my HR responsibilities, I play a key role in managing and enhancing the organization’s digital presence, ensuring our website reflects the impact of our initiatives and aligns with our values. My experience that I have got from Pinkishe Foundation has given me the opportunity to drive employee engagement, build a strong organizational culture, and streamline HR processes for optimal efficiency. Academically, I hold a BA in English Honours from Delhi University, which has sharpened my ability to communicate effectively and think critically. Currently, I am pursuing an MBA in Human Resources and a B.Ed, deepening my expertise in HR management, leadership, and educational frameworks. These qualifications further equip me to develop talent, foster team collaboration, and lead strategic HR initiatives that contribute to organizational success. I am committed to both professional and personal growth. Outside of work, I express my creativity through cooking, which I share on my YouTube channel, Spice It Up with Tanveen. It’s a space where I explore my passion for food and experiment with different culinary creations.
