As an intern at Colliers International in the Hospitality vertical under Capital Markets & Investment Services, Tanveer has supported the team in market research, client presentations, and data management to facilitate hospitality real estate deals across India. As a Duty Manager at PVR Limited, he has managed cinema operations and sales of concessionaire, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction. Tanveer has a basic understanding of various reports that reflect the performance and profitability of the cinema, such as occupancy, spends per head, average ticket price, profit per head, etc. He also used to provide and participate in daily trainings on menu knowledge, customer value proposition, cash control, property check, and bulk bookings. Tanveer holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Hospitality and Tourism Management from ITM Group of Institutions and Queen Margaret University, where he learned the skills of upselling, upgrading, and guest handling. He has worked with top hospitality brands such as Taj Hotels and The Leela Group, where he dealt with high-profile business and leisure clientele, handled group reservations and billing, coordinated and controlled departures and arrivals, and assisted and managed transportation requirements. Tanveer is fluent in guest interaction and able to deliver on all guest requests and preferences. He is proficient in Microsoft applications and Opera PMS. He has a pleasant and dynamic personality with adaptability to any work environment.
