About Tanvir Singh

I am a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at the Language and Learning Foundation (LLF). This non-profit organization works to improve the quality of education for marginalized children in India. I have a Postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), and I am currently pursuing another Postgraduate Diploma in Population and Family Health Studies from the same university. I have a Masters in Economics and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Services from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. My core competencies include data management and analysis, CSR, M&E, and HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, and Tuberculosis. At LLF, I create and implement data management by developing data collection, analysis, interpretation, and sharing protocols. I also coordinate the development of tools for literacy assessments and classroom observation and revise and review, ensuring data collection and usage. I assist in reporting by including the program's quality monitoring and learning outcomes data. Previously, I worked as a Technical Officer at NCPI+, a network of people living with HIV/AIDS, where I assessed and provided technical support to CSC staff for smooth program implementation and coordination with other stakeholders. I also supported CSCs to prepare MPRs and other activity reports, and evaluated the program. Before that, I worked as a Consultant at Mott MacDonald, where I worked on an Asian Development Bank funded project for Himachal Pradesh Kaushal Vikas Nigam. I visited skill development training centers for inspections and monitoring, and conducted focus group discussions and consultations with key stakeholders. I also collected and analyzed relevant baseline and socio-economic data pertaining to Himachal Pradesh. I am passionate about using data and CSR skills to transform education outcomes for marginalized children, and I can bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team. I value collaboration, contribution, and learning from others, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities.
