With over two decades of experience in accounting-focused administration, I specialize in turning complex operations into streamlined systems — and doing it with a sense of humour. As the Senior Manager, Operations & Administration at Avisar Chartered Professional Accountants, I oversee everything from HR and internal policy to software implementation, team engagement, and process optimization. I believe in clear communication, structured workflows, and the power of a well-fed team. Whether I’m rolling out a new HRIS, helping to refine our client onboarding process, or hosting a wildly fun (but well-organized) team event, my goal is always the same: create a workplace where great work happens, and people actually enjoy doing it. Outside the office, you’ll find me at a Canadian rock concert, cheering at a hockey game, or cooking up something delicious to share. I also serve as the president of my strata council, because operations never really stop — they just change scenery.
