About Tanzil Rahman

I specialise in economic migration, sustainable population growth, and talent acquisition, and have been advising states, multinational bodies, and firms on how to maintain competitiveness in the global market for skilled migrants for several years. Academically, I operate under the aegis of Professor Gordon L Clark, whose network of economic and financial geographers advise governments, corporations, and institutional investors globally, on the supply of financial services for pension funds, endowments, and sovereign wealth funds, long‐term investment, and sectoral risk and uncertainty. My core interest and expertise is economic policy. I seek to contribute towards an agenda for how to strengthen the economy, create jobs, sustainably grow the population and workforce, and attract beneficial investment. Moreover, over the next decade I want to aid governments to undertake the structural reforms that are required to create sustainable economic and demographic growth, to improve the lives of citizens and ensure future generations have access to the same opportunities I received as a beneficiary of strong and stable governance.
