Motivated and results-driven Geotechnical EIT with a Ph.D. degree in Geotechnical Engineering. Bringing nearly ten years of combined academic and industry experience focused on fundamental aspects of geotechnical engineering, including pavement design, foundation analysis, slope stability, retaining structures, geotechnical lab and field testing, and numerical analysis with proficiency in Abaqus and Civil 3D. Qualifications & Skills Geotechnical EIT in the process of applying for P.Eng. Exceptional experimental skills such as the Resilient Modulus Test, Standard Penetration Test (SPT), Cone Penetration Test (CPT), K0 test for in-situ soil, etc. In-depth understanding of geotechnical structure analysis and design such as slope stability, retaining walls, deep and shallow foundations, and ground improvement. Solid understanding of Pavement design and relevant standards (AASHTO, MTO, ASTM), including Asphalt concrete (AC) and Portland cement concrete (PCC) pavements. Proficient in utilizing geotechnical software such as Abaqus and Civil 3D for road design. Comprehensive knowledge of AutoCAD, MATLAB, and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel). Effective written and verbal communication skills, especially in technical report writing. Eligible to work in Canada as a PR, Holding a valid driving license. Willing and interested in working overtime and weekends, either in the office or in the field.
