Over two decades of diverse finance & business consulting experience, spanning across helping retail brands with their digital and E-commerce, IPO management, cross border M&A, Capital sourcing, India entry strategy, risk analysis, compliance management, business valuation and audit and growth of family businesses. At present, I am mentor, investor and advisor to multiple fast growing companies across sectors, besides being a serial entrepreneur myself. I am also advisor to a family run business group in the healthcare sector, helping them manage their M&A. Have also invested personally in start-ups focused in green tech, Agtech, logistic marketplace, food processing and healthcare. My core strengths are in corporate finance, team mentoring, structuring deals, designing business strategy and SME IPO. In my prior experience, I founded 'itiffin.in', a health & wellness focused food tech venture. I helped raise 1 million USD and managed more than customers in Bangalore. At Flipkart, I served as VP-Finance and played a strategic role in setting up processes & systems. At India Terrain, I was CFO during their pre and post IPO process, leading one of the most successful IPOs in 2006. I managed investor relation, corporate finance and commercial processes at Health & Glow. My core strengths are in corporate finance, mentoring senior leadership teams, structuring deals, supporting in designing business strategy with respect to creating multiple assets to grow the enterprise valuation, management consulting, compliance management and SME IPO.
