I am also very interested in developing and implementing new processes (or modifying old ones) in order to improve performance and satisfaction amongst the people doing the work. Right now I am working as a Service Manager for some of our company’s key accounts ensuring that the services we deliver them run smoothly and corrections are made if needed. Also going through possible business development opportunities with clients and colleagues are a part of my job. I worked in 2008-2014 as a Team Leader and built up a little over 10 person team in mobile device service and worked to develope the business around it. My tasks also included some account management, process troubleshooting and handling customer feedback and consumer complaints. Since 2014 I took on more business development responsibilities and worked as an Area Manager and at the same time as a foreman to 30-50 persons until the end of September 2016. Going further back in history in 2004-2007 I was working in a whole sale company in after sales services and product management. 2004 and before all the way to the year 1997 I had been working in Customer Service and Sales in a mobile phone retail company.
